The Boy Behind the Bars
I dreamed and imagined long before I knew how to build the life I wanted.
As a kid, I would draw skyscrapers, planes, cars and a life that felt completely out of reach. I daydreamed about owning beautiful things, having a family and being a father.
But I felt trapped in the life I was brought up in. We were poor, and I had no idea how I would ever reach the life I imagined.
The photograph of me behind the bars became the front cover of my book because it symbolises something much bigger than prison.
The dreams, desires and aspirations were already there when I was a child.
I just had to go on a ride I never dreamed I would take to discover how to reach them.

Why Motivation Matters to Me
I have experienced profound change first-hand.
Motivation was essential throughout that journey — not just feeling motivated, but finding reasons to keep moving, learning from setbacks and continuing when life did not go to plan.
That is what I want to share now through my daily books and daily videos and posts: ideas and experiences in the hope that people can relate and use them in whatever way helps them, or entertains them.
When My Life Went Wrong
Some of the greatest insights I developed about myself came from the periods when my life went badly wrong.
Eventually, things became better.
But looking back, I can see that the failures, consequences and difficult periods taught me things about myself that success alone never could.
Sometimes what feels like the worst chapter of your life becomes the chapter that teaches you how to write the next one.
