Why Failure Is Necessary for Success

Many of us have been taught to avoid failure at all costs. We strive for perfection; we beat ourselves up or give up altogether when we fail. But what if we could learn to embrace failure? By accepting our failures, we could get closer to achieving our goals. This post will examine why it's essential to take failure to succeed.

Learning from Our Mistakes is Key

How can we learn to do something better next time if we always succeed? To move forward in life, we must be willing to take risks that may not always work out as planned. Failure helps us build resilience and makes us more open-minded individuals. It also teaches valuable lessons that can help guide us in the future. Learning from our mistakes allows us to create more effective solutions than previous attempts.

           Failure Helps Us Take Action

Sometimes it takes a significant failure to realize that the status quo isn't working anymore and that change is necessary. This realization can lead to taking action and adjusting to get closer to our goals. For example, suppose you've been trying unsuccessfully to lose weight for months or even years. In that case, you may need a considerable setback, like gaining back all the weight you had previously lost, before you're motivated enough to make a real change and start exercising regularly.

           Celebrate Small Victories

Rather than focusing solely on the end goal, it is important to celebrate each small victory along the way. Achieving small victories helps keep our motivation levels high and gives us a sense of accomplishment which can be encouraging when things don't go as expected or when progress is slow. Every little success should be rewarded with rewards such as a night out with friends or a relaxing spa day - anything that will help boost your spirits!

           Conclusion

Learning how to handle failure is essential for success because it teaches valuable lessons, encourages action-taking behaviour, and helps motivate individuals by celebrating small victories along the way. Ultimately, accepting failure allows us to grow personally and professionally and become more resilient individuals better equipped for life's challenges. So don't fear failure; instead, use it as an opportunity for growth! So fail to Succeed.

Dean king, in his book king, hit, shares stories about never giving up to break past behaviours and attitudes. Never give up giving up if you fail at things. Keep working at giving up. King's hit book is a reflection of never giving up.

Why We Fail When We Stop Trying to Give Up

An old saying goes, "When we stop trying to give up things we don't want, we fail until we keep trying again." And it's true. So often in life, we set our sights on a goal and then give up when we don't achieve it immediately. But the only way to succeed is to keep going, even when it feels like we're failing. Here's why.

The Power of Persistence, the dictionary defines persistence as "the quality or state of being persistent, stubbornly continuing or determined to maintain a course of action in spite of opposition or discouragement." And that's precisely what it takes to succeed—the ability to continue taking action in spite of opposition or discouragement.

Successful people never face setbacks or experience failure. They're the ones who can pick themselves up after a fall and keep going. They have the grit and determination to see their goals through to the end, no matter what.

How to Develop Persistence If you're not a naturally persistent person, don't worry—persistence is a quality that can be developed. Here are a few tips I should know I had to create it; my book explains it in many stories.

           1. Set realistic goals. When your goals are achievable, you're more likely to stick with them.

           2. Create a plan of action. Having a roadmap will help you stay on track when things get tough.

           3. Find a role model. Look for someone who has achieved what you're striving for and learn from their example.

           4. Stay motivated. Remind yourself regularly why you're pursuing your goal and how fulfilling it will improve your life.

           5. Persevere through setbacks. Accept that setbacks are part of the journey and use them as opportunities to learn and grow.

If you want to achieve something great in life, you need to develop the quality of persistence. Successful people are not the ones who never face obstacles or experience failure — they’re the ones who keep never giving up—giving up. They have the grit and determination to see their goals through to the end, no matter what. You can develop persistence by setting realistic goals, creating a plan of action, finding a role model, staying motivated, and persevering through setbacks. So never give up on your dreams or dislikes — keep trying, even when it feels like you’re failing. Because ultimately, only those who never stop trying truly fail.

Develop Wisdom

Learning from struggle is possible. Wisdom is in a hard time in life. Embrace the effort to gain knowledge. Learn out of failure.

Struggling Can Be Wisdom In Disguise

How to Turn Your Internal Struggles Into Wisdom

We all face struggles in life. It's how we deal with these struggles that define us as individuals. Some people wallow in their misery, while others find the strength to pick themselves up and move on. But there is a third group of people—those who learn from their struggles and use them to become wiser, better versions of themselves.

If you want to join this third group, it's essential to understand that Wisdom comes from Knowledge and Experience. Knowledge is understanding what you should do in a given situation. Experience is doing it. And it is only through a combination of the two that we can achieve true Wisdom through adversity.

I Gain Knowledge about my life like this, and there are two ways to gain Knowledge: through study and observation. If you want to learn from your internal struggles, you need to take the time to study them. This means looking closely at what went wrong and why you become responsible for participating in the struggle. Only then can you begin to understand what you could have done differently.

Of course, more than studying alone is required; you need action to change. It would help to observe how other people deal with similar situations outside of family and your current friends. See how they react at the moment and how they feel afterwards. Please pay attention to both their successes and their failures. Combining what you learn from your struggles with what you observe in others you don't personally know, you'll develop a well-rounded understanding of the best way to deal with difficult situations.

How to Gain Experience, now that you know what you should do, it's time to practice that Knowledge. The only way to do this is by facing your fears head-on and embracing your internal struggles. This might mean taking risks or putting yourself in uncomfortable situations, but it will be worth it if it means gaining the Experience you need to become wise.

Remember, Wisdom in struggle doesn't come easy—it requires hard work and dedication to look at yourself, I did this, and my life changed; I write stories about it in my book. But if you're willing to put in the effort, it will be more than worth it. So don't be afraid of your internal struggles—use them to learn and grow into the best version of yourself, and don't blame others for your actions and choices.

Dean King, in his book king hit, talks about how he had to overcome the internal critic. According to Dean King, the battle in life is not outside of ourselves. Get clear about the critical voice as the enemy. We must fight this enemy to rid ourselves of a destructive life. Dean King shows how to do this.

           The Battle Within.

            The Critic Within

Blog Introduction: We all have an inner critic. That little voice inside our head that tells us we're not good enough, that we can't do it, that we're not worthy of love or happiness. This inner critic is often louder and more persistent than any other voice in our lives, and it can be incredibly difficult to silence. So how do we fight back against this negative force?

By recognizing that the critic is not who we are. The critic is a part of us, but it is not the sum total of who we are. We are so much more than the negative thoughts and beliefs that hold us back. We are strong, capable, and worthy of everything we desire in life.

The first step in silencing the critic is to become aware of its presence. Pay attention to when it speaks up, what kinds of things it says, and how it makes you feel. Once you're aware of the critic's patterns, you can start to challenge its negative beliefs.

For example, let's say the critic tells you that you're not good enough to achieve your goals. You can counter that belief by reminding yourself of all the times in your life when you've proven yourself to be capable and successful. Or, if the critic says you're not worthy of love, you can remind yourself of all the people who love and support you.

It takes practice to learn how to silence the critic, but it is possible. The next time you find yourself being held back by negative thoughts, remember that you have the power to fight back. You are so much more than your inner critic.

           A Reason For Doubt.

            The Power of Doubt

We've all been there before. That moment when we are questioning everything we know to be true. When the very foundation of our beliefs is rocked by doubt. It's a scary feeling, but it's also an incredibly powerful one.

Doubt is often seen as a negative emotion, something to be avoided at all costs. But the truth is, doubt can be one of the most useful tools in our arsenal. Doubt is what allows us to question our assumptions, to challenge our beliefs, and to grow as individuals. Without doubt, we would never progress beyond our current state of understanding. We would never learn anything new or discover anything different. We would be stuck in the same place, forever stagnant.

So next time you find yourself doubting your convictions, remember that it's not a bad thing. Embrace the power of doubt and use it to your advantage.

           Why We Doubt

There are many reasons why we might start doubting our beliefs. Maybe we've been presented with new evidence that contradicts what we believe. Maybe we're going through a tough time in our lives and everything seems uncertain. Or maybe we're just feeling curious and want to explore different viewpoints.

Whatever the reason, it's important to remember that doubt is a natural part of the human experience. We all go through periods of doubt throughout our lives. The key is not to let doubt defeat us; instead, we should use it as an opportunity to learn and grow.

           How to Handle Doubt

When doubts start creeping into our minds, it can be tempting to try to push them away and ignore them. But that's not always the best approach. In some cases, it might be necessary to confront our doubts head-on in order to move past them. Here are a few tips for how to handle doubt:

Acknowledge your doubts. Don't try to pretend they don't exist; that will only make them worse. Instead, accept that you're feeling doubtful and give yourself permission to explore those feelings.

-Talk about your doubts with someone you trust. Share what you're thinking and feeling with someone who will understand and support you. This can help you clarify your doubts and figure out how to move past them.

-Challenge your doubts with evidence. If your doubts are based on irrational thoughts or false information, challenge them with facts and logic. This will help you see things more clearly and make it easier to let go of your doubts altogether.

-Allow yourself time to process your doubts. Doubt can be uncomfortable, but it doesn't have to last forever. Give yourself time to work through your feelings and eventually they will dissipate.

Doubt is an inevitable part of life—but that doesn't mean it has to be a bad thing. Doubt can be pretty helpful if we know how to handle it properly. The next time you find yourself questioning your beliefs, remember these tips for how to deal with doubt constructively: acknowledge your doubts, talk about them with someone you trust, challenge them with evidence, and allow yourself time to process them fully . Following these steps can turn moments of doubt into opportunities for growth and self-discovery .

           The Universe Can Help.

           Who is God?

           We are all connected.

To each other by force, we cannot see.

A power that is beyond us and yet, within us. A passion that is always there for us, if we only knew how to connect with it.

This force is what some might call God, But who is God?

It might mean we are all God if we are all connected to this universal energy.

Or is there something more to it? Let's explore how to connect with this universal energy and find out who God is.

To connect with the universal energy, we must first understand that we are not separate from it.

We are all made of the same stuff—the same power. And that means that we are all connected.

The key to connecting with the universal energy is to quiet our minds and open our hearts.

When we do this, we can begin to feel the peace and love may always be there for us if we never give up searching for this peace.

We can start to feel our connection with everything without a baseline level of emotional intelligence.

And we can begin to see who God is.

When we quiet our minds and open our hearts, we can feel the universe's love flowing through us if we move out of being too conscious.

We can feel the love of God. And when we feel this love, we can also feel the peace that comes with it.

This peace allows us to see clearly and make decisions from a place of love and trust instead of fear.

When we live in a place of love, everything in our lives begins to change for the better.

We attract more love into our lives.

We find ourselves making better decisions.

And we start to see the world around us in a new light—a light filled with love and compassion.

So The next time you feel lost or alone, remember that you are never truly alone.

You are always connected to the universal energy—the energy of love. Take a few moments to quiet your mind and open your heart, and you will begin to feel the peace and love of God flow through you.

You can see this place and make decisions from a loving home.

You will start to attract more love into your life, and you will begin to see the world around you in a new light—a light filled with love, peace, trust and compassion.

Positive Attuited Determines Your Altitude.

Attitude is either positive or negative. The benefits of being positive outweigh the negatives. We can develop a positive attitude by not wanting a harmful life. We choose this action. Attitude will determine your happy attitude in life.

           Consider This!

            Your Attitude Determines Your Altitude

You've probably heard the old saying, "attitude is everything." Well, it turns out that there's a lot of truth to that. Your attitude does determine your altitude in life. In other words, the better your attitude is, the higher you'll soar in life. Here's why. Given the lousy attitude I once possessed, I may have some insight into knowing this.

Have you ever noticed that people with positive attitudes tend to attract other positive people? It's true. Negative people tend to gravitate towards other negative people. But positive people have a magnetic quality that draws in other positive people. So, if you want to surround yourself with positive people, it starts with having a positive attitude.

Another important reason for a positive attitude is that it helps you achieve your goals. When you have a negative attitude, you're more likely to talk yourself out of taking risks or pursuing your dreams. But when you have a positive attitude, you're more likely to take the necessary risks to achieve your goals. You'll also be more resilient when faced with setbacks because you'll know that they're only temporary and that you'll eventually reach your goals if you don't give up.

Finally, one of the most important reasons for having a positive attitude is that it leads to happiness. When you have a negative attitude, you're more likely to focus on all the wrong things in your life. But when you have a positive attitude, you're more likely to focus on all the things that are going right in your life. This shift in perspective can make a big difference in how happy you are daily.

As you can see, having a positive attitude does make a significant difference in your life. If you want to achieve your goals, surround yourself with positive people, and be happy daily, then it's time to start working on improving your attitude. It may not be easy at first, but it will be worth it in the end!

The Danger Of Giving Up on Your Dream.

Hope is the power we need to find in our life. Hope is the petrol all humans could use if they saw the petrol station required to buy it. Being hopeful in disappointment and struggle will make the journey purposeful; the more we become confident, the better our lives will be. Never give up.

Why You Should Never Give Up Hope

Whenever you feel like giving up, remember this: whatever you want in life, don't give up hope; it might happen when you least expect it. That's because the universe has a funny way of conspiring to make things happen in its own time, especially when we least expect it. So if you're feeling lost or like you're never going to achieve your dreams, don't give up. Who knows? Either way, The universe will surprise you.

Remember when you were sure you'd never get something you wanted? And then, out of nowhere, you got it? Or what about when you thought you'd never find love, get that job, and something finally came true? So if you're feeling lost or like you're never going to achieve, don't give up.

One of the main reasons why people give up on their dreams is because they're afraid of failing. But failure is nothing to be frightened of—it's simply a part of life. Some of the most successful people in the world have failed the most. So instead of being afraid to fail, embrace it. Use it as motivation to keep going and never give up on your dream.

If there's one thing that will help you achieve your dreams, it is believing in yourself. When you believe in yourself, anything is possible. So if you find yourself doubting your ability to achieve something, remind yourself that you can do it—you have to believe you can. And once you start believing in yourself, anything is possible.

Whenever you feel like giving up, remember that whatever you want in life, don't give up hope; things happen when you least expect it. That's because the universe has a funny way of conspiring to make things happen, especially when we least expect it.

All of us have faced difficult times when it seems like all hope is lost. During these challenging moments, we must remember the importance of hope and never give up. Remember, you are not alone. Millions of people have gone through what you're going through and come out more vital than ever on the other side. So don't give up – keep fighting because there is always light at the end of the tunnel. And if you ever find yourself struggling to see that light, reach out for help. Believe in yourself and your ability to overcome anything life throws your way. With time and perseverance, you will get through this tough patch and be better off for it.

Love Is Worth It Again

Taking the risk to love again is rewarding, even though it is scary. Past hurt can make people sceptical of loving again. The rewards of loving again outweigh the risk of not feeling vulnerable and taking the chance to love.

Why Love Is Worth the Risk

Love is one of the most unique and rewarding experiences we can have in life. It can also be one of the most painful. When our hearts have been broken, it's only natural to want to protect ourselves from future hurt. But is it worth the risk to open our hearts again? Let's explore why love is worth the risk despite our fears.

           Love Makes Us Better People

When we're in love, we feel like we can accomplish anything. We're motivated to be the best version of ourselves so that we can make our partners happy. We push ourselves to be better people, and we often succeed. Even if the relationship doesn't work out, we've still grown as individuals.

           Love Teaches Us Important Lessons

Love always teaches us essential lessons no matter how much pain it causes. We learn about ourselves, what we don't want in a partner, and how to handle difficult emotions. These are valuable lessons that we can take with us into future relationships. Without love, we would never learn these things.

Love Is Worth the Risk Because It's Beautiful

Ultimately, love is worth the risk because it's a beautiful experience. Yes, it can be painful, but it can also be incredibly joyful. It's something that everyone should experience at least once in their lives. Don't let your fear of being hurt stop you from experiencing one of life's greatest gifts.

Why Love Is Worth the Risk Despite Our Fears

Love is a fantastic experience that everyone should have at least once in their lives. It can also be painful, but it teaches important lessons about ourselves and how to handle difficult emotions. Ultimately, love is worth the risk because it's a beautiful experience. Don't let your fear of being hurt stop you from experiencing one of life's greatest gifts.

Ready For A Change?

Change is good to improve life from the struggle. Changing ourselves gives us hope. We can improve our lives by changing ourselves; we can do this.

           Change Is Worth It.

Changing your old self is hard work; there's no doubt about it. After all, you've spent years – maybe even decades – developing the attitudes and behaviors that make up your current personality. But if you're unhappy with who you are, it's worth the effort to change. And the good news is that change is possible for anyone. No matter how set in the ways, you may feel or think, learning new attuites and behaviors is always possible. The key is to start small and be patient with yourself. Changes won't happen overnight, but if you're committed to the process, eventually, you'll see a transformation in yourself. So if you're ready for a change, don't be discouraged.

Attitudes and behaviors reflect who we are and how we have interacted with the world up to this point, but growing and evolving as people is often necessary. When we change our old selves, it requires a lot of hard work and Internal effort. We must be willing to let go of the things that no longer serve us and replace them with new habits and ways of thinking. It can be a difficult and bumpy road, but the result is usually worth it. So if you're ready for a change, be prepared to put in the work required to make it happen.

So how do we know if we're ready for a change? There are a few attuites and behaviors that can clue us in. First, are you tired of feeling stuck? Change may be what you need if you're in a rut and feel like you're not moving forward. Second, are you open to new ideas? If you're resistant to new ways of thinking, it may be time to change your perspective. Finally, are you willing to take risks? Change often requires us to step out of our comfort zones. Being comfortable with taking risks is a good sign that you're ready for change, So If you're prepared for a change, your questions to your answers will be optimistic.

Learn To Love Yourself, You Will Have More To Offer Others.

Loving ourselves helps us and others live more productive lives. Putting ourselves first and being good towards our soul is healthy.

Learning And Practicing To Love Ourselves Is Worthwhile Work.

It is said that love makes the world go round. And love, indeed, is what gives life its meaning and purpose. But too often, we love others more than we love ourselves. We provide our time, energy, and attention to others while neglecting our needs. We put the needs of others above our own, and as a result, we feel depleted and resentful. To love others better, we must start by loving ourselves more. We need to nurture our happiness and well-being so that we can have more to give to others. By taking care of ourselves, we can be happier and healthier people who can provide more love to the world. So let us all resolve to love ourselves more to make this world better for everyone.

People can learn to love themselves by accepting themselves for who they are, flaws and all. Everyone is imperfect, and that's what makes us unique and special. Once we learn to accept ourselves, we can start to work on improving ourselves. We can set goals and work towards them. We can also begin to forgive ourselves for our past mistakes. Instead of dwelling on the negative, we can choose to focus on the positive, like wanting to better ourselves. And we can learn to be grateful for all the good things in our lives. When we do these things, we open ourselves up to true self-love. Other things we can do to improve loving ourself is to

Embrace healthy interests; you know the good ones that are right for you. Hobbies that you enjoy that make you happy and feel good. And likes are empowering no matter the relationship status. Your only subject is that you are the only person who will care for you, so let's start with some exercises, positive affirmations about love and kindness and being there for you!

Make time for a healthy, optimistic you; practice makes perfect. Don't feel pressured to follow others' negativity or ideas that feels wrong, and don't feel frustrated if this new practice takes time. Remember that you are cultivating self-love, not self-criticism.

Learn how you talk to yourself respectfully and caring. Please don't feel shy or embarrassed; we all do it negative often! But how we do this is of great significance. Negative self-talk reinforces feelings of worthlessness and increases anxiety. To a certain degree, you probably believe what you tell yourself, that you are stupid, lazy, fat or ugly or other terrible things.

Such toxicity will harm the psyche, tricking yourself into believing that you don't deserve much worthwhile.

While we all tend to be hard on ourselves sometimes, constant self-criticism is different and more harmful than knowing it is sometimes.

Taking responsibility for an unfortunate situation and taking the opportunity to learn something valid does not need to involve harsh self-criticism.

Therefore, if you notice that you tend to criticize yourself when there is a misunderstanding or a mishap, please acknowledge it and stop yourself from completing the thought. Take that pessimistic interpretation and rephrase it, turning it into a supportive and nourishing positive statement. In this manner, "I am so stupid" becomes "I made a mistake, and that is ok because I learned that I have great supportive friends."

Another aspect of this is to forgive yourself. Consistently punishing yourself for an incorrect deed or a harsh word is not emotionally or mentally healthy. Learn to accept your humanness and the accompanying imperfections. Despite Instagram and plastic surgery, there is no perfect human being on this planet. Give yourself the empathy and compassion you reserve for others.

Fear of failure also keeps many people not only from achieving greatness but also stuck in dull routines. Once you accept yourself and your wonderful unique nature, you will see that there isn't a failure, especially if you learn a lesson, grow as a person and recognize the imperfect you as who you indeed are.

Helping people and yourself going through addictions with loved ones is impotent. Addicts are not the only people going through a tough time; people who love them need help too. Motivation to seek help is the best approach to getting things back to normal.

           From Hopelessness To Recovery

As a man who has been an addict and in a relationship with people who have not been addicts, I may have some first-hand information to share. Drug addiction takes an immense toll on the addict and those around them, and it can be difficult to know where to seek help. This blog and video is to try help you understand a few things about drug taking and provide resources for getting your loved one into support and recovery.

Drug addiction is a severe problem that has devastating consequences. Addicts often need professional resources to recover. How to reduce or quit drugs. Australian Government Department of Health and Aged Care is a great place to start, or my book. These two resources can provide addicts with the help they need to overcome their addiction and start living a new life. Professional resources include detoxification, counselling, support groups, and rehabilitation programs.

Detoxification centers or withdrawal help addicts rid their bodies of the harmful substances they abuse and prepare them for the first stage of recovery.

Emotional problems are when you and the addict realize drugs are the end product of addiction and drug taking.

Ongoing counselling can provide addicts with the tools they need to understand and cope with their addiction. Support groups can supply addicts with a network of people who know what they are going through and can offer advice and support. These resources are essential in helping addicts recover from their addiction and can lead to a better and more productive life.

Helping addicts isn't easy. They deny their addiction and problems and initially often don't want help. But there are things you can do to support them and convince them they need professional help. One way to approach the situation is to educate yourself about addiction and how it affects the brain; this will give you a better understanding of what your loved one is going through and how best to support them. You can also talk to other people who have been through similar experiences, there are support networks through google; this can help you feel less alone and provide valuable insight and the support you need; addicts are not the only ones experiencing this challenging time. Finally, stay calm and respectful when communicating with your addicted loved one. These tips can help you convince an addict that they need professional help to overcome their addiction.

It's not easy being in a relationship with an addict. Still, there are ways to help through love and understanding. over the long Term this approach will help them realize they need support and professional service; again, Google is all you need. Please become motivated and reach out for help, it will pay off for you and the addict. Many organizations can assist, both online and in person. You are not alone – together, we can all fight the pain of addiction and make our communities healthier places to live. If you or your loved want firsthand experience to help, check out my memoir on this website. Dean King.

Don't Believe Everything You Think: How To Change Your Beliefs And Achieve The Life You Want

If a person is not happy in life, it is in their beliefs that change is possible. Change your old beliefs, and a person's life can transform. Long-term happiness and contentment are identifying negative thoughts and finding the courage to change. All beliefs come from past conditioning. Humans can be conditioned to develop any new beliefs by living unhappy life.

The Core Of Your Struggle Is In Your Beliefs.

Once upon a time, I was unaware that my current beliefs were creating a life I hated, being a heroin addict, thief, angry aggressive, and in and out of Juvenile detention centers and prison for twelve years, and I didn't like myself. I thought things would never get better. I just thought one day I would die in a shoot-out with police or be murdered in jail or a fight. Life got worse from this, I was getting older, unhappier, and always ending up back in prison for drug-related crimes. I was institutionalized, a hopeless drug addict.

Unintelligent to know any other way of living, and in general, life was a series of complex challenges I was not competent to manage. I was twenty-six years of age—the year Nineteen eighty-nine.

One day, I realized that something had to change. I couldn't keep living my life the way I was.

And remarkably, for me, I found that way in my beliefs.

The first step was to become aware of my current belief system through other people. I allowed people to start seeing things I didn't and telling me what they saw.

I started to ask questions like, what did I believe about myself? About others? About life in general? I took time to think about these things, which wasn't good.

Some of the things I believed were me against the world. You hurt me, and I am going to hurt you. Look after me and don't care about others because no one cares about me.

I realized my old, outdated beliefs had to be holding me back from being happy in life

and I could choose to change these beliefs to stop the madness I was living through different and new choices.

I replaced those negative, self-limiting beliefs with positive, empowering ones. I saw I had an authority problem of me against the world.

I taught myself a new belief in respecting authority.

I saw how I blamed people for my feelings, thoughts and blamed others for my emotional hurt and pain. I learned to take responsibility and ownership of feelings by believing it's ok to feel hurt, pain or disappointed. To counteract no one caring for me, I would hug people and act caring toward others by sharing my heart and soul through communicating honestly about my past beliefs and the new ones I desperately needed and so wanted.

This was a process of trial and error by not taking people's opinions and views of me personally; I learned the power of Principle before personality. The Principle is learning from information from others, good or bad, instead of attacking a person's character because of an inability to handle what they are saying.

I realized there would never be a time and place for all this; this would become a new way of life until I died, and this newly founded belief resonated with me and felt true because of my past unhappiness.

The effort was worth it. Changing my beliefs has made a massive difference in my life. I'm now happier, healthier, and more successful than I ever thought possible. And it all started with becoming aware of my old beliefs, taking accountability for them, and becoming responsible for consciously deciding to change them. If we can't see things, we can't change things. If we want to change how we feel, we have to start by changing our beliefs. beliefs lead to pass life experiences that create our emotions, and our behaviors are a results from our feelings. So if we want to change our lives, it all starts with changing our beliefs.

Our beliefs affect every aspect of our lives, from the minor daily decisions to the meaningful life choices that define who we are and who we want to be. When you stop and think about it, it's incredible how much power our beliefs have over us. And yet, most of us go through life never questioning them.

If you're not happy with your current circumstances, take a look at your beliefs.

They may be the root cause of your problems. And if they are, you have the power to change them. Just like I did.

The Psychology of Motivation: How To Become Motivated And Achieve Your Internal Goals.

Motivation is in us all. We sometimes don't understand this comes from our beliefs. Our beliefs come from our feelings, not our thoughts. Our emotions have the power to succeed at anything if we can get comfortable understanding this is our actual PowerPoint. Focus can drive us with determination to anywhere or do anything we want. Disregarding our current motivation by not understanding ourselves is selling us short on becoming the version of ourselves.

Motivate Yourself To Change From Pain And Past Struggle.

Beliefs are essential for humans. They motivate us to do things, whether getting out of bed in the morning, recovering from drug addiction, and much more. As we grow up, many beliefs are outdated and no longer serve us in our lives; creating new beliefs leads to further motivational actions. This blog post will discuss how changing old beliefs will improve better motivation! I learned this in Rehab.

Negative beliefs lead to all sorts of problems in our lives. For example, suppose we believe we are not good enough or not worthy of love. In that case, we will motivate ourselves to reaffirm this by unconsciously influencing the belief through our behavior to support this.; more than likely, We will not put ourselves out there or go after what we want in life in this mode because we won't believe we are good enough. We will settle for less than we deserve.

However, if we change the beliefs that can hinder us from achieving our goal of love and living a better life, this is the best motivation.

I still catch myself having old thoughts and beliefs from the past. I have learnt to motivate myself to be responsible for these thoughts and feelings by talking about my internal dialogue or challenging it internally.

Becoming responsible for all past thoughts and feelings is not easy, but it is the best motivation because it will change you from deep within; making the effort not to blame people or our past leaves us with forgiveness.

We can stop being at the mercy of mean people when we accept we are now adults who now choose who we want and do not want in our lives.

This responsibility can only happen with motivation to act like this, and self-worth will starts to develop. Challenging our past thoughts is healthy motivation, or reaching out to others and talking about our feelings and thoughts out loud to someone, is very therapeutic; we are only as honest as our secret fears and emotional pain.

It takes motivation to make this happen. You will heal from emotional pain and struggle if you have faith in this process; it worked for me. So let all that past pain come out of your soul through your voice, and remember Rome was not built in a day.

Negative beliefs or feelings of hurt give you a platform to evaluate where they come from, your parents, teachers, friends, and past relationships. Identifying this will show you these beliefs have been imposed upon you, don't be a victim to this pool of learning. Unfortunately and fortunately, negative motivational behaviors and actions have been created by you to protect yourself.

We are all vulnerable to others in life from the connection of feelings and thoughts. As you know, feelings are those deep emotions all humans have. Feelings are different to negative thoughts; Thoughts are developed from our feelings. We attempt to articulate our feelings through motivation to understand by rationalizing them. This becomes negative for most because we can't deal with our feelings any other way other than blame. Motivate yourself to find feeling charts on the internet and start to identify your feelings through these charts; this will help you from past pain, but remember this, all support is delivered through your motivation.

Negative thoughts tell us they are harmful for a reason. We can blame others all our lives, but this will not change us because our feelings will stay the same, and we will not be motivated to try something new to fix ourselves because of feeling hopeless; the good thing about blaming is it feels good, and we don't need the motivation to get this.

Motivating to act different is the road out of all struggles.

Relationships, being in the right place. Know the real you.

Relationship advice is talking truthfully to each other. Being authentic is worth the effort; lying to one another separates us from our Authentic selves, says kinghitbook. Dean King knows this truth from his past life. Being authentic brings happiness and good emotions. Finding the authentic self is learning it's necessary not to lie. We can get over our struggles when we are not lying to ourselves and others. The truth will set us free. King Hit Book talks about this issue and how it made good sense to become more honest in life.

The Authentic Self Is Being True And Not Telling Lies.

What stops us from being Authentic

At its core, being authentic is completely honest with what is true for us, but most people are not bought up by their parents or carers, and are not raised to be truth-tellers.

We were introduced to it. We are taught to pretend and perform and make nice.

But pretending—even if it's relatively meaningless, even if it is meant to protect someone else—is a form of lying.

And lying, even if we do it a lot or are good at it, is like air being breathed into our souls to our brains and bodies. It becomes unconscious.

The polygraph test depends on this: "Lie detectors" don't detect lies; instead, they catch the changes in our skin electricity, pulse rate, vocal pitch, and breathing that the stress of lying causes. It's as if all sorts of alerts go off when we lie, and the body is howling for us to stop. You are not the only one hearing this howl; other people will ultimately hear it. You only fool yourself in the end. When your life gets so bad, you will see the damage you are causing yourself and others close to you.

The good news is when you have had enough, you become happier and healthier if you decide to live your truth. It is also the only way to be authentic.

But remember, no person always speaks the truth.

There is an enormous difference between living your truth and always saying what's on your mind. Sometimes, speaking your truth is not necessary or even a good idea.

Sometimes it's not kind to say what you are thinking. But that doesn't mean that you get to lie. You can still "be you" while keeping your mouth shut and trying to be something you're not.

For example, a friend asks you if you like her dress, and you hate it. Instead of wrinkling your nose and telling her, it looks beautiful; you can ask her what she thinks about it and whether she likes how it feels. You can invite her to tell you her truth and then listen carefully and compassionately. Your first feeling is the Authentic you.

Sometimes this tactic—or staying silent—won't work because you must learn to express to the world the real you; it helps not just you but others who cannot be authentic yet. Often a part of a given instance does mean speaking your truth but try not to lie.

If that is the case, and you know what you are about to say might hurt or confuse someone, be sure that you are speaking your truth instead of your judgment or what you imagine to be true for other people. You might want to say, I have seen better clothes on you.

Our feelings are always true, but our criticisms rarely represent objective facts.

For example, if someone is doing something that feels wrong to you, you needn't stay silent. But you also don't need to slap down a judgement. Don't say, for example, "What you are doing is terrible and wrong, and I think you should read this King Hit book so that you can see the error in your ways."

Instead, tell them your truth: "I feel nervous and bullied and upset when you do that. It isn't right for me, and I don't feel right about staying silent in this situation."

Let your body point you towards what is true for you.

Sometimes it is hard to know who we are and what we want. But fortunately, our body always already knows what we are feeling, even when we aren't conscious of it.

Try listening to the feedback that your body is giving you right now. Say something untrue out loud, preferably to someone else. Try something like, "I love it when my boss humiliates me in front of my team," or "I adore having the stomach flu." Then notice how your body reacts to the statement. The response will likely be slight: a minuscule pulling back or tensing of your jaw or a tiny shoulder raise. When I say something my unconscious mind hates, my body tries to tell me through a bit of heaviness in my stomach or your conscious questions or answers about something you know to be untrue, listen to this as accurate. If I spend too long doing something that feels wrong for me, I have a stomachache or don't like it, and I feel a bit weak for pretending.

"What is true for us tends to make the body feel more robust and more complimentary; practice makes perfect, like building muscle. And lies tend to think like constraint and constriction, drugs soothe lies.

Now try saying something true for you:

"I love the ocean" or "I love the feel of my baby's head on my cheek." How does your body respond? When I say something very true for me or someone else says it to me, I get "chills of truth"—the hair stands up on my arms. And if I'm grappling with something hard, but the correct answer comes up for me, I can get tears of truth and feel reassured. Tears always tell us something profoundly true to feel qualitatively different from tears coming from grief or hurt.

What is true for us tends to make us feel more robust and accessible. And lies tend to make us feel— aliments of pain in the body. Maybe shoulders ache, our back hurts, our stomach churns, muscle spasms, embarrassed, to name a few. And more importantly, Hopefully, you have conscious to know the difference. You now know where your struggles may come from; your authentic self offers the freedom we once had before our lies.

Accept the ugly bits of yourself, including the problematic emotions.

Being you differs from being perfect or that we are all human, meaning we are often messy, raw, and wrong; feel this as ok.

When we love only the parts of ourselves we deem reasonable, solid, or intelligent; we reject the parts that make us real; this sets us up for inauthenticity; being imperfect is authentic. We start hiding what is real and showing off what is sparkly, but our seeming perfection is fake. The only thing to do with all our imperfections is to accept them with forgiveness and compassion. And to get how we feel about our flaws is probably not so good; this does not mean we are resigned to never growing or overcoming our weaknesses of lying. It just means we can be our authentic selves on this beautiful life path.

Loving and accepting ourselves—and all our flaws, including our anger, fear, sadness, and pettiness—is, in the end, the only thing that enables us to be authentic. It is also the greatest gift we can give ourselves and others. Authenticity makes us happier, healthier, and more connected to those around us.

As I say in my book, I didn't think there was a problem with all the lies I used to tell until I was taught the truth that changed my life forever into an authentic version of who I wanted t to be. I stopped lying.

Road to Recovery from Drugs - Drug Taking Explained.

Dean King talks about drug recovery. The process of drug recovery. Dean talks about hope in addiction. Dean talks about the process of overcoming drug abuse and understanding what will happen in drug abuse.

Drug addiction is very misunderstood. Trust me, I know from being a junkie and living a life most people could not comprehend.

Often, people do not understand how or why they get addicted to drugs. Many not drug users think that "drug addicts" lack good morals and choose to continue using drugs despite the negative consequences, but this is not true.

Some believe that drugs are easy to quit and that people who are addicted lack the willpower or motivation to stop, another false fabrication. These views could not be farther from the truth and are exactly what contributes to some of the stigmas of substance abuse.

The dire physical effects of drug abuse on human health are huge.

As drugs affect the user's mental health, they also induce different anti-social behaviors in their personal and physical health.

           Old friends or past relations.

Contrary to popular belief among drug addicts, drugs are not cool and do

not help expand your friends circle. You will lose past friends because your old gang and some family will not put up with you.

It is this simple, because while doing drugs, your real non addict friends and loved ones will be more interested in doing other things. Therefore, your past good for you circle will shrink to drug addicts, and those who will be more interested in being in the company of drugs and addicts, Birds of a feather flock together.

Be prepared for many positive failure.

it takes more than solid will or good intentions to stop. Many, if not most, addicted want to stop using. However, the neurological changes that drugs induce in the brains make quitting hard. I may appear entertaining in my video below with my road to recovery, but trust me, I was very hardcore, and this road was the most challenging road I had travelled. I don't recommend it. I was psychologically scared and it took years and years to heal from these wounds.

Drugs addiction changes your motivation; users feel like they need drugs to function normally. You prioritize drug use above all else, as taking drugs are the only way we can make it through the day without the pain of withdrawal.

You may be here now, wondering, "Why do people get addicted to drugs?" or, more significantly, "Why did this happen to my loved ones, or you?

You are not alone. Many addicts and family members – particularly parents – will have these questions on top of their minds, questioning whether they are to blame for their loved one's choices to use.

It is true that, initially, a person chooses to use drugs. However, after some time, users can transition from voluntary to compulsive. Compulsive drug use is a defining sign of drug addiction and means that the drugs have compromised a user's natural ability to exhibit the real self- and impulse-control.

How can an addict change or the people who are close to them understand how to help them adequately?

By knowing more about addiction from a person who did make it home from where we all start from before addiction gets certain people. In my book I show the patterns of all drug addicts. these patterns comes in the form of open and honest communication, this is how I changed. I hope you enjoy My journey below.

Engaging stories. The benefits of reading novels. King hit story. Stories help us, like the Kinghitbook. Read to learn—knowledge of book stories. Escape by reading a storybook. I need to escape with the story.

Why do we need to consider listening or reading the stories of others?

They show that we all struggle similarly in this crazy and confusing world.

We need to take in other people's stories because stories are healing. They are healing for the person telling it and for the person or people receiving it.

I encourage you to take time out of your day to plug into stories. It will also help you to escape your struggling world.

Becoming interested in people's stories is vital since it is a generous gesture, teaching us better love and grace for others.

As a writer creating accounts for others is a powerful way of communicating that we care and would remain steadfast towards other people.

Stories are vital in effective communication. A person does not have to speak all the time to be the most intelligent person in the room. Lack of listening and reading may result in frustration, disappointment, and resentment in our relationships. We can create stronger emotional connections with people when we hear or read. Listen to one of my stories below.

How did the term ‘mental health originate?

According to the Wellcome Trust, the rise of the term mental health was mainly due to the efforts of early 20th-century social reformers, who wanted to reduce the stigma attached to people deemed mentally unwell.

The Wellcome Trust is a charitable foundation focused on health research based in London, the United Kingdom. It was established in 1936 with legacies from the pharmaceutical magnate Henry Welcome, founder of one of the predecessors of Glaxo Smith Kline medical company, to fund research to improve human and animal health. One in every five Australians, about four million people, has a mental illness in a given year, and almost half the population has suffered a mental disorder at some time in their life

           1. Over two in five Australians aged 16-85 years (43.7% or 8.6 million people) had experienced a mental disorder at some time in their life.

           2. One in five (21.4% or 4.2 million people) had a 12-month mental. Disorder.

           3. Anxiety was the most common group of 12-month mental disorders (16.8% or 3.3 million people).

           4. Almost two in five people (39.6%) aged 16-24 had a 12-month mental illness.

Practical ideas to Manage and treat this problem.

Many people diagnosed with mental illness achieve strength and recovery through participating in individual or group treatment. There are many different treatment options available. No treatment works for everyone – individuals can choose the treatment, or combination of treatments, that works best.

           Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy is the treatment of mental illness provided by a trained mental health professional. Psychotherapy explores thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and seeks to improve an individual’s well-being. Psychotherapy paired with medication is the most effective way to promote recovery. Examples include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, etc.

           Medication

Medication does not outright cure mental illness. However, it may help with the management of symptoms. Medication paired with psychotherapy is the most effective way to promote recovery.

           Case Management

Case management coordinates services for an individual with the help of a case manager. A case manager can help assess, plan, and implement several strategies to facilitate recovery.

           Hospitalization

In a minority of cases, hospitalization may be necessary so that an individual can be closely monitored, accurately diagnosed or have medications adjusted when their mental illness temporarily worsens.

A support group is a group meeting where members guide each other towards the shared goal of recovery. Support groups are often comprised of nonprofessionals but peers that have suffered from similar experiences.

A self-help plan is a unique health plan where an individual addresses their condition by implementing strategies that promote wellness. Self-help plans may involve addressing wellness, recovery, triggers or warning signs.
